By accessing and using the Founder Frameworks Lab website and the Founder AI Desktop App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Intellectual Property
The 13 business frameworks (ECG KISS, SLR CAMERAS, etc.) and all content on this site are the intellectual property of Vivek Ananth. You may use these frameworks for your personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution or commercial resale of the frameworks without explicit permission is prohibited.
3. Local AI Usage
The Founder AI Desktop App operates entirely on your local hardware. We do not provide a service-level agreement (SLA) for the accuracy of AI-generated responses, as these depend on the local model and user-provided data.
4. Limitation of Liability
Founder Frameworks Lab is provided for educational and consulting purposes. We are not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or operational issues resulting from the application of these frameworks.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the founder operates.
